This dataset contains differential gene expression (DEG) results generated from transcriptomic analyses of four cervical cytology subtypes: NILM, ASCUS, LSIL, and HSIL. The cervical cancer samples were sequenced in-house at Ayass Bioscience’s laboratory, and raw data were processed to identify stage-specific transcriptional alterations. Data were generated and analyzed by Ayass Bioscience as part of a study submitted to Cancers MDPI.
