Gene annotation files for eight phased chromosome-scale Fraxinus mandshurica haplotype assemblies

This dataset provides gene annotation files for eight phased, chromosome-scale haplotype assemblies of Fraxinus mandshurica (Manchurian ash), designated FmA1H1, FmA1H2, FmA2H1, FmA2H2, FmA3H1, FmA3H2, FmA4H1 and FmA4H2. The eight haplotypes were generated from four diploid individuals representing four major genomic backgrounds in a population panel. Gene structures were predicted using a unified evidence-integration workflow combining Helixer and ANNEVO ab initio predictions, Fraxinus mandshurica RNA-seq and Iso-Seq transcript evidence, protein homology alignments, and EviAnn evidence integration.
