LC–MS dataset of mitochondrial proteomic analysis of the myocardium in chronic intermittent hypoxia prior ischemia-reperfusion versus ischemia-reperfusion control.

This dataset contains proteomic data obtained by mass spectrometry from rat heart mitochondria collected from 6 samples under two experimental conditions: intermittent hypoxic conditioning (IHC) and normoxic control conditions (Control).The data were used to generate figures presented in the manuscript: " Chronic intermittent hypoxia as a prevention of ischemia-induced myocardial injury: cellular cardioprotective signaling", currently under peer review.
