PAX8 is an important marker of the Mullerian duct and is often overexpressed in endometrial cancers. We sought to understand what PAX* is regulating by knocking down its expression and performing RNA-sequencing. Overall design: RNA from ARK2 (control) and ARK2 PAX8 knock down cells were used for sequencing. Six samples of each group were sequenced.
