Global leading chemical companies based on market capitalization 2024

As of May 2024, the Irish-headquartered industrial gases and chemicals company Linde reached a market capitalization of nearly 206.71 billion U.S. dollars, which made it the world's leading chemical company based on market cap. Based on revenue, however, BASF was the top chemical company worldwide.
