Chromatin immunoprecipiation is used to infer transcription factor activity. In this project, we performed ChIP-seq in LNCaP prostate cancer cells with antibodies against the androgen receptor to identify its binding sites under hormone-replete conditions. Chromatin was extracted from LNCaP prostate cancer cells and immunoprecipitated with antibodies against AR. DNA was sequenced to identify AR binding sites. Enriched DNA was normalized against input.
