资源简介:
Acceleration-logging survivorship pop-up archival transmitting tags (sPAT) from Wildlife Computers Inc. were used to assess the survival of Pacific halibut discarded at sea from the recreational fishery. The data include accelerometer data from a total of 80 sPATs that were pre-programmed to detach and report after 96 days at liberty during field experiments conducted off Seward, AK in June 2021. Once detached from the fish, tags float to the surface and transmit data via satellite. Data represent the number of knockdowns (i.e. tilts) for each tag during each binning period that the tag recorded, with an indication of the days at liberty (i.e. time between deployment and reporting). The file format is a csv file.
