The file MuskoxMetabolism_script.R holds the R code needed to reproduce all analyses and figures in the paper based on the below data files: DailyMeans.rds holds data on the daily mean values for muskox stationary heart and rumen temperature. Light.rds holds data on the number of light hours at the study site during the year. DailyActivityMeans.rds holds data on daily mean values for muskox locomotor activity.
