Expression data of glioma samples from Henry Ford Hospital. Homo sapiens

mRNA expression data were collected from patients with brain tumor to improve diagnostic of gliomas on molecular level. Keywords: survey Overall design: 23 samples from epilepsy patients are used as non-tumor samples. 157 tumor samples include 26 astrocytomas, 50 oligodendrogliomas and 81 glioblastomas.
