In this study, an immunosuppression model induced by cyclophosphamide was established to investigate the protective effect of Bifidobacterium breve HY002 on immunosuppression. The results showed that oral administration of HY002 effectively sustained intestinal microbiota homeostasis and modulated immune responses, indicating its potential as a promising probiotic strain for dietary supplementation.
