Miscellaneous Data (ASR-MISC-TBL-001)

This dataset contains the following categories of information: Intimate Partner Violence This dataset encompasses all occurrences which have been noted with a flag for intimate partner and family violence. Hate Crimes This dataset includes all hate crime occurrences reported to the Toronto Police Service by reported date, verified by the Hate Crime Unit investigators. The hate crime bias categories include Age, Mental or Physical Disability, Race, Ethnicity, Language, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, or Other Similar Factors. Each record in the dataset is presented at the occurrence level, therefore 1 occurrence may represent multiple bias categories (“multi-bias”). Impaired Driving This dataset includes all Drive While Impaired and Fail to Provide/Refused Sample criminal code charges issued per year sorted by the year the arrest took place. This data counts all charges recorded by the Toronto Police Service. Budget This portion of the dataset is provided by Financial Services to identify the actual budget expenditures.
