The datasets contain the results of determining the minimal fungicidal concentration of imidazoacridinone derivatives against C. albicans ATCC 10231, C. glabrata ATCC 90030, C. krusei ATCC 6258 and C. parapsilosis ATCC 22019 and C. albicans clinical strains. The minimal fungicidal concentration (MFC) were determined as MIC according to the modified M27-A3 specified by the CLSI and after 24 h incubation at 37°C small aliquots of suspensions (around 5 µL) from each well were taken using the 48-well metal pinner to YPG agar plates and incubated 24 h at 37°C.
