Whole exome sequencing of primary and metastatic osteosarcoma tumors

To determine genetic and clonal mechanisms associated with lung metastasis, we performed deep WES of matched, osteosarcoma (OS) primary tumors, lung metastases and normal bone morrow tissue from 13 OS patients. One of these patients has three distinct lung metastatic samples. All samples were from post-chemotherapy biopsies of OS patients.
