A set of six transcriptomic fasta files of Vibrio parahaemolyticus grown in two different culture broths, TSB and MM9, three replicates each. The pair-end sequences were subsampled to 100,000 sequences each for faster analyses. Fasta and GFF files of chromosome II of the vibrio are also provided.This dataset is intended for use in the bioinformatic course at CIAD, more info here:https://github.com/GenomicaMicrob/curso/blob/main/Transcriptomica/Transcriptomica.md
