SpectroCognix is a modular, dual-mode EEG classification framework designed for real-time cognitive load estimation. It achieves \u2265\u202f99.9\u202f% accuracy with an average latency of 35\u202f\u00b1\u202f8\u202fms and maintains robust performance under synthetic noise up to \u03c3\u202f=\u202f0.8. The system supports seamless toggling between CSV playback and LSL live-streaming, enabling both simulation and hardware integration. A PySimpleGUI dashboard provides interactive control over window size, step interval, noise level, and classifier selection (1D-CNN vs. PSD-SVM). All code, synthetic data, and Docker environments are released for reproducibility.
