Complete Genome Sequencing and Transcriptome Analysis of aniline-degrading strain T1

The aniline-degrading strain T1 can efficiently degrade aniline, however, it is not clear which key genes are associated with aniline degradation, and we have adopted a genome-wide and transcriptomic approach to fully understand the microbial degradation mechanism of aniline. Overall design: Pseudomonas veronii T1 cells are cultured in LB medium. After approximately 6-9 hours of incubation in LB medium, when the nutrients in LB are depleted, substrate aniline(200mg/L) is added for induction. After 3 hours of induction, blank samples were taken and measured with samples from the induction group.
