Tests of neutrality and population equilibrium.

Neutrality at the β-Fibr intron and ELA loci was assessed by population based on Tajima's D (D), Fu's FS (FS), and the Ewens-Watterson-Slatkin (E-W-S) test. The number of alleles (N) used for each locus and population are reported. Significant rejection of the null hypothesis of neutrality or constant population size is indicated in boldface (*pDQA locus are reported both excluding (DQA) and including (DQAALL) individuals with multi-locus genotypes.
