Complete Chloroplast Genome of Zingiber odoriferum

This study aims to assemble the first complete cp genome of Z. odoriferum to address these knowledge gaps. By comparing it with existing Zingiber cp genomes, we will clarify its phylogenetic relationships, identify evolutionary divergence patterns, and develop molecular markers for future genetic diversity assessments and conservation.
