Three-dimensional genome study of mouse liver under high fat diet treatment

We conducted Hi-C sequencing and RNA-sequencing for liver tissue of mice under high fat diet (HFD) treatment and control diet feeding. Via data analyses, we investigated the chromatin architecture reorganization and expression alterations in mouse livers after HFD treatment, in order to explore the roles of chromatin conformation in gene expression regulation under metabolic stress due to HFD.
