Spectral analysis on clay-bearing outcrops in northern Xanthe Terra, Mars: Supporting datasets

Supporting Datasets for "Spectral analysis on clay-bearing outcrops in northern Xanthe Terra, Mars" by J. Brossier, F. Altieri, M.C. De Sanctis, et al. (2022). This folder contains: [clay_outcrops.shp] - shapefiles (and auxiliary files) for all clay outcrops mapped in the entire area (313E, 13N), through 10 CRISM hyperspectral targeted cubes. These outcrops were mapped using the index maps showing pixels with strong absorptions near 1.9 and 2.3 μm, and therefore most consistent with the presence of clays [magong_units.shp] - shapefiles (and auxiliary files) for key morphological units mapped in Magong crater and surroundings (313.4E, 12.1N), through CTX and HiRISE images. [XT_spectra_sm_norm.txt] - Text file including the denoised reflectance (I/F) values for the CRISM spectra of the clay-bearing outcrops in northern Xanthe Terra. All spectra are smoothed and normalized for better comparison.
