AbstractThis technical whitepaper, serving as a core topic of the NURI Master Whitepaper Suite (comprising five volumes: Philosophical Whitepaper, Technology Whitepaper Rooted in Philosophy, Pure Technical Whitepaper, Application Whitepaper, and Domain-Specific Semantic Pack Whitepaper), presents the 'NURI System Architecture.' This architecture drives a fundamental paradigm shift in modern computer science by rediscovering the sensory, geometric, and phonetic possibilities of the 'forgotten sounds' (such as ㆍ, ㆆ, ㆁ, ㅸ) among the original Hunminjeongeum graphemes lost in modernity since their creation by King Sejong. Aiming for the reclamation of technological sovereignty and universal cognition, this study has established and firmly developed three core research pillars: First (Research 1 - Physical-Phonological Topological Alignment): Through historical records and the research history of Hangeul, this study substantiates that King Sejong’s lost grapheme system yields structural symmetries highly analogous to the core concepts of modern physics and engineering—namely, resonance, wave, boundary, and vibration. Furthermore, it implements and verifies these findings explicitly as the base plane of programming language design theory (Compiler & Parser Theory). Second (Research 2 - Universal Language-Topology Projection): By reinterpreting the phonetic variability of the lost grapheme system, this study firmly establishes a 'Universal Phonetic Bridge' that synchronizes utterance contexts across diverse global languages in real time, alongside a translation-overhead-free 'Real-time Language Topology Layer.' Third (Research 3 - Legacy Overhead Elimination): By embedding the universal grapheme matrix at the system kernel level, this architecture aligns and stabilizes the chronic complexities of modern enterprise infrastructure—specifically, overheads driving resource waste—into a topological convection system. Consequently, it resolves the intricate, multi-layered difficulties of legacy abstractions, establishing a 'pristine background architecture pursuing freedom of consciousness and prosperity' that allows anyone to utilize the system with universal cognition. While this study is not fully finalized at the current moment (July 2026), its value and potential as an independent and coherent next-generation language system have been verified through various domain-specific programming specifications and multi-language cross-transcription simulations. Therefore, this whitepaper is submitted and published to firmly establish it as a historical trace of record. Other volumes of the whitepaper suite are scheduled for release once their scope of disclosure is finalized.
