Surface Canopy Giant Kelp Microbiome Metagenome Assembled Genomes from Juvenile and Mature Blades

The goal of this study was to produce high-quality dereplicated MAGs sourced from giant kelp epibiotic bacteria (i.e., microbiome). These samples were collected Arroyo Quemado Reef, an LTER site in the Santa Barbara Channel.
