FUT2/FUT3 genes sequences and nasopharyngeal shotgun metagenomics from the Microbiota and Health Study

Microbiota and Health Study is a prospective cohort of infections and associated risk factors during the first two years of life of children from a peri-urban community of Dhaka, Bangladesh. This dataset focuses on a subset of 240 infants breastfed up to at least four months of age. It contains FUT2 and FUT3 coding sequences from mothers and infants, as well as nasopharyngeal shotgun metagenomics sequencing (excluding human reads) from two- and four-month-old infants asymptomatic for ARI at the time of sampling.
