Resequencing and comparative transcriptomics of 3 Zymoseptoria tritici isolates

This study used long-read sequencing technology (either PacBio SMRT or Oxford Nanopore) to resequence 3 Zymoseptoria tritici isolates and generated near-complete genome assemblies for them. This project also includes RNAseq data of wheat leaves (cultivar WW2449) infected with the 3 strains of Zymoseptoria tritici and RNAseq data of the a single Zymoseptoria tritici strain under in vitro conditions.
