WGS of a NICU Staphylococcus capitis prototype NCRS-A strain. This clonal population seems to have a worldwide distribution and is frequently found as a cause of bacteremia in NICUs. The clone has a particular dru type, antibiograms and PFGE profile which distinguishes it from other SCoN pathogens causing bacteremia in adults.
