Metatranscriptomic sequencing of the Hitchhikers Of the Rhizosphere (THOR) synthetic community, consisting of Bacillus cereus, Flavobacterium johnsoniae, and Pseudomonas koreensis. Communities were grown with either wild-type P. koreensis or a koreenceine BGC deletion mutant to study antibiotic-mediated interactions. Over 30 replicate samples were sequenced for each condition. The dataset was used in M. Aktukmak et al., 2023, doi: 10.1109/TSP.2023.3309464.
