Genome Assembly and Annotation of 84K

<em>Populus alba</em> × <em>P. glandulosa</em> clone 84K is widely cultivated and used as a model tree in the molecular research of woody plants because it is very easy for gene transformation. In this study, we performed PacBio sequencing and assembled the genome with a size of 781.36 Mb (mega base).银白杨（Populus alba）× 腺毛杨（P. glandulosa）84K无性系因极易进行基因转化，被广泛栽培并用作木本植物分子研究的模式树种。本研究通过PacBio测序技术完成测序，并组装得到大小为781.36 Mb（兆碱基）的基因组。
