Data and code for: Built-Up Area Mapping in Semi-Arid Cities with Sentinel-2 (Batna, Jodhpur, Yinchuan)

Code, training samples, hand-labelled reference points and result tables for a study of built-up area mapping with Sentinel-2 in three semi-arid cities (Batna, Algeria; Jodhpur, India; Yinchuan, China): classifier comparison, comparison with ESA WorldCover and Dynamic World, and cross-city transferability. See README.md inside the archive for contents and how to reproduce the results.
