Worldwide Protein Data Bank

The Worldwide PDB (wwPDB) organization manages the PDB archive and ensures that the PDB is freely and publicly available to the global community. The mission of the wwPDB is to maintain a single Protein Data Bank Archive of macromolecular structural data that is freely and publicly available to the global community. The wwPDB is composed of the RCSB PDB, PDBe, PDBj, BMRB, and EMDB.

全球蛋白质数据银行（Worldwide PDB，简称wwPDB）负责管理蛋白质数据银行（Protein Data Bank）档案库，并确保PDB资源对全球科研社区免费且公开可获取。wwPDB的使命为维护一套统一的生物大分子结构数据PDB档案库，并确保该档案库对全球科研社区免费且公开可及。wwPDB由RCSB PDB、PDBe、PDBj、BMRB及EMDB五大成员机构组成。
