Lists of regulatory acts indicating the date of entry into force, the period of basic, repeated and periodic monitoring of their effectiveness and information on the source of their publication

The set contains a list of current regulatory acts of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration indicating the date of entry into force, information on the regulatory acts by which they were enacted, as well as the timing of basic, repeated and periodic monitoring of the effectiveness of regulatory impact. The set was formed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №835 "On Approval of the Regulation on Data Sets to be Disclosed in the Form of Open Data". The data is published as a table in CSV format. Each record corresponds to one regulatory act. The recruitment is updated monthly or in case of adoption of new regulatory acts or approval of reports on tracking their effectiveness.
