In the present study, we investigated miRNA expression profiles in NAFLD chicken model. 12 miRNAs were dyregulated in chicken with fatty liver. The objective of this study was to explore the role of the molecular regulatory network of miRNAs in the pathogenesis of fatty liver of laying hens and to elucidate the pathological mechanisms underlying NAFLD.
