Values are mean ± SEM from three independent experiments. “***” indicates that the difference between the value and the wild-type value is significant with p<0.001 (one-way ANOVA, Tukey's test). The difference between the maximum observed density between pakD– and pakD/pakD-GFP is significant (p<0.01, Tukey's test).
