Anonymized Dataset for the Study of Parental Stress in Pediatric Ophthalmology Patients: USP Postdoctoral Research Project

This dataset contains anonymized data generated as part of a postdoctoral research project conducted at the University of São Paulo (USP), investigating the influence of parental stress on the quality of life and functional visual performance of children with ophthalmological conditions. The dataset includes cleaned and anonymized data tables, statistical outputs, and supporting documentation used for the analyses presented in the corresponding research manuscript. All personal identifiers were removed following national data protection regulations and international ethical guidelines. The dataset is shared to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and to support secondary analyses by other researchers in ophthalmology, pediatrics, psychology, public health, and related fields. The dataset includes: Anonymized data tables in spreadsheet and protected PDF formats A codebook describing all variables, scoring rules, and coding procedures Statistical analysis scripts (R) used in all stages of cleaning and analysis Supplementary materials and methodological documentation This dataset adheres to the FAIR Principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) and enables full reproducibility of the associated scientific analyses.
