This dataset of green perovskite light-emitting thin films and device performance includes various intrinsic property data of green perovskite thin films, device external quantum efficiency, electroluminescent spectra, operational lifetimes, and physical images of device prototypes. Targeting research on future high-quality display applications, high-quality perovskite thin films were obtained through the regulation of perovskite nucleation and crystallization, which significantly improved the light-emitting performance of green perovskite materials and devices. During the research, multiple characterization methods including thin film morphology, crystal structure, optical properties, and carrier characteristics, as well as device light-emitting performance tests were adopted, with cyclic feedback for optimization and verification to comprehensively enhance the effectiveness and reliability of the research strategy. This dataset provides high-quality research data, which can promote the improvement of efficiency and stability of green perovskite light-emitting materials and devices, support process development and theoretical research in related fields, and help develop a new generation of light-emitting technologies for the future high-quality display industry, bearing important scientific significance and application value. The total data size is 11.9 MB.
