(Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1,</strong> <strong>number 736 here with notations and hyperlinks].</strong> 1035 Three mathnawîs by Farîd-aldîn ‘Aṭṭâr. This copy contains: 1.Manṭiḳ-alṭair, on fol. 1<sup>b</sup>. 2.Jawâhir-aldhât or Jauhar-i-dhât, <em>first</em> daftar on fol. 64<sup>b</sup>, in a very defective and abridged form, the first page is left blank, and the mathnawî begins on fol. 65<sup>a</sup> with this bait: كمانرا دور گردان از بر خويش یقین را دان حقيقت ره بر خويش Corresponding to fol. 9<sup>a</sup>, l. 3, No. 2039 (1046 in this Cat., the fullest copy of the poem); the second chapter on the same page, beginning: الا اى جان و دلرا الخ, corresponds to fol. 16<sup>b</sup>, l. 3 ab infra in the same copy; the last but two baits to fol. 160<sup>b</sup>, l. 10; the last two baits of the present copy are not found in No. 2039. On fol. 64<sup>a</sup>, and in the colophon at the end, the poem is wrongly styled اشترنامه. 3.Gul u Khusrau, on fol. 173<sup>b</sup>. No date. Very good and correct copy. No. 736, ff. 1-269, 4 coll., each ll. 21; clear and distinct Nasta’lîḳ; an illuminated frontispiece at the beginning of each mathnawî; size, 15<sup>1/8</sup> in. by 9<sup>7/8</sup> in.
