Renter Shield — Multi-Jurisdiction Landlord Harm-Score Dataset

Renter Shield v0.3.0 — multi-jurisdiction landlord harm-score toolkit for the NYOAG housing investigation. What changed in v0.3.0 HUD REAC state-level splits: Federal HUD inspection data is now split by state (e.g. hud_reac_ny, hud_reac_ca) instead of a single national bucket. Ownership resolution and SVI percentile scoring now operate per-state for more meaningful comparisons. Interactive dataframe tables: Ranked owner tables and search results replaced with st.dataframe — sortable columns, visual score bars, and click-to-navigate rows. Archive contents renter-shield-data-2026-04-06.tar.gz — raw downloaded Parquet files from all jurisdiction adapters (22 files). renter-shield-output-2026-04-06.tar.gz — scored output: harm scores, owner registrations, properties, violations, top-N reports (8 files). renter-shield-source-2026-04-06.tar.gz — full source tree (Python package, Streamlit apps, Dockerfile, deployment config).
