Inside the brain of a living fossil: a comprehensive 3D MRI atlas of the brain of Polypterus endlicherii

3D brain atlas of the cladistian fish Polypterus endlicherii, including the MRI raw data in Bruker format. The MRI data and ROIs should be viewed using ImageJ software (https://imagej.net/ij/) with the MRIManager plugin (https://imagej.net/ij/plugins/mri-file-manager/index.html). The 3D models should be viewed with any 3D visualizer. The segmentations should be viewed with the Slicer software (https://www.slicer.org) by opening the file "Polypterus Brain.mrml" (slicer supported file) included in the folder "Polypterus Brain 3D Model (3DSlicer)".
