Greenland Ice Sheet supraglacial habitats: ice, cryoconite, biofilm, snow Genome sequencing and assembly

This study investigates the diversity of Greenland Ice Sheet supraglacial habitats like dark surface ice, cryoconite, biofilm and snow. A combination of metagenome and amplicon sequencing are used to reflect diversity, and genomes are obtained from isolates or as MAGs.
