Additional file 3. Information about Settings and Scores per study. Scores from 0 to 2 are marked as red. This group consists of papers that contain a very limited amount of information. In yellow are scores from 3 to 6. These papers report on minimal and/or maximal parameters or the goals that therapists pursue. In green, papers scored with 7–8 are marked. These papers report the actual therapy parameters in a way that they could potentially be used for a meta-analysis.
