The price survey of a single room air conditioner across the country revealed that the average price in October 2024 was 89,880 yen. Over the period from January 2015 to October 2024 (a span of 118 months), the month with the highest price for room air conditioners within supermarkets nationwide was June 2021, at 242,331 yen, while the month with the lowest price was February 2022, at 67,002 yen. The price difference between the peak (June 2021) and the lowest price period (February 2022) for room air conditioners across the national area was 175,328.9753 yen.
