Metagenome-assembled genomes from V. epidendroides and B. macrantha-associated communities. rhizosphere metagenome

Bacterial and archaeal metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) obtained from the metagenomes of plant-associated communities (Vellozia epidendroides and B. macrantha) from the campos rupestres, an ecoregion located on the rocky outcrops of central and eastern regions of Brazil. These genomes were assigned to either the medium or the high-quality tiers of the MIMAG standard.
