Geographica

Geographica是由雅典国立和卡波迪斯特里安大学开发的一个用于评估地理空间RDF存储性能的基准数据集。该数据集包含7个子数据集，涵盖了从DBPedia、GeoNames等公开链接数据集中提取的真实世界数据，以及通过合成数据生成器创建的合成数据。数据集的创建过程中，使用了多种地理空间数据类型，如点、线、多边形等，并结合了GeoSPARQL和stSPARQL等查询语言的扩展功能。Geographica的应用领域广泛，主要用于评估和优化支持地理空间查询的RDF存储系统的性能，解决地理信息系统中的查询效率和准确性问题。

Geographica is a benchmark dataset developed by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens for assessing the performance of geospatial RDF storage systems. It consists of 7 sub-datasets, covering real-world data extracted from publicly available linked datasets including DBPedia and GeoNames, as well as synthetic data generated by synthetic data generators. During its development, diverse geospatial data types were employed, such as points, lines, polygons and other related types, with the extended capabilities of query languages like GeoSPARQL and stSPARQL integrated as well. Geographica has a wide range of application domains, primarily used to evaluate and optimize the performance of RDF storage systems that support geospatial queries, addressing issues regarding query efficiency and accuracy in geographic information systems.
