IncN plasmid assemblies from "Resolving plasmid-encoded carbapenem resistance dynamics and reservoirs in a hospital setting through nanopore sequencing"

These plasmids were sequenced with Nanopore sequencing on an R10.4.1 MinION flow cell, basecalled using doradov5.0.0, filtered according to length and quality score and assembled and polished using flye (nano-hq) and medaka v2.0 (--bacteria).
