The flo.a mutant was cultivated under greenhouse conditions at 20?C during the day and 15?C at night, with a photoperiod of 16 hours of light and 8 hours of darkness. The plants were grown in 24-well plates. Fresh leaves from the flo.a mutant were harvested 14 days post-germination for DNA extraction. After verifying DNA quality, a sequencing library was prepared and whole-genome sequencing was conducted using the NovaSeq 6000 platform.
