资源简介:
Dataset includes XRD spectrums of Sr0.95Ti0.9Me0.1O3−δ (Me = Fe, Ni, Co) potential catalyst materials which were prepared by the solid-state synthesis method.
Strontium carbonate (SrCO3) was used as the strontium precursor in all syntheses, while titanium(IV) oxide (TiO2) served as the titanium source. The dopant metal precursors were iron(III) oxide (Fe2O3), nickel(II) oxide (NiO) , and cobalt(II,III) oxide (Co3O4).
The weighed powders were first ground in an agate mortar and subsequently ball-milled in the presence of isopropanol. Ball milling was performed in six cycles, each consisting of 50 minutes of milling followed by a 10-minute pause, at a rotational speed of 500 rpm. The powders were pressed into pellets and calcined in air in a chamber furnace.
Each composition underwent two calcination steps according to the following programs: Fe-doped samples: I calcination – 1000°C for 10 h, with heating and cooling rates of 3°C/min; II calcination – 1200°C for 10 h, with heating and cooling rates of 5°C/min. Ni- and Co-doped samples: I calcination – 1000°C for 10 h, with heating and cooling rates of 3°C/min; II calcination – 1200°C for 10 h.
