To understand the role of diptoindonesin G in the regulation of differentiation of breast cancer cells, the gene expression profile of MDA-MB-231 cells treated with diptoindonesin G was analyzed using Hiseq deep sequencing. Overall design: MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with or without diptoindonesin G for 24 h. Three replicates were performed in every independent experiment.
