Subcellular mRNA localization patterns across tissues resolved with spatial transcriptomics

Mouse liver VisiumHD dataset includes two replicates of 2 moths-old C57BL/6 male mice. Data includes images, scalefactors_json and the 2um bins data, stored as h5ad. Single cells data (and subset of hepatocytes) are saved as h5ad files. Masks are saved as geojson files. Example of importing the data is available in the python file. To load the data into HiVis directly yo can also call HiVis.load(pkl_file). Also version 1 of HiVis is in the zipped folder.
