Genome sequencing of Vibrio cholerae isolates from rice-water stools harboring lytic phage. Vibrio cholerae

The goal of this project is to examine the population structure of Vibrio cholerae shed in rice-water stools containing lytic phage. The results will shed light on the ability of phage to alter the population structure of Vibrio cholerae during epidemics.
