Historical Period Genomes from West Eurasia and the Mediterranean - Mapped reads

This study comprises ancient genomes of 192 individuals from Europe and the Mediterranean; 178 of those genomes passed QC. The majority of individuals date to the Roman imperial era. All libraries were subjected to partial UDG treatment. This study contains sequences mapped to the human reference genome.
