This study aims to describe the characteristics of students’ reflective thinking in mathematics learning and explain how its internalisation supports students in evaluating their problem-solving processes. Reflective thinking enables students not only to obtain answers but also to reconsider the steps, strategies, and reasons underlying their mathematical decision.
